Julius Bartholomäus
was admitted to the Hamburg bar in 2022. He advises national and international clients in M&A transactions as well as corporate and trade law. Julius Bartholomäus studied law at the Georg-August University of Göttingen. Following his law studies, he completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Celle.
During his studies and his clerkship, Julius Bartholomäus gained experience in his practice areas M&A and corporate law as well as trade law. He worked as a research assistant for Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP in Düsseldorf, for a venture capital investor in Hamburg and during his clerkship inter alia for SJPP. Julius Bartholomäus speaks German, English Spanish and Portuguese.
