Dr. Christian Mikolajczak
(salary partner) was admitted to the Hamburg bar in 2014. He is being appointed as insolvency administrator since 2021 (Norderstedt). His practice focuses on insolvency administration and out-of-court restructuring as well as general corporate law. Dr. Mikolajczak possesses exceptional practical experience in handling complex restructuring plans. After completing his law studies at the University of Bielefeld, Dr. Mikolajczak worked for Prof. Dr. Florian Jacoby as a post-graduate research assistant at the University of Bielefeld. His work there focused on insolvency law. Dr. Mikolajczak spent parts of his legal traineeship (Referendariat) at the Hamburg insolvency court and in the "Restructuring and Insolvency" practice group at an international law firm in both Hamburg and New York. In 2014, he completed his doctoral thesis on the enforcement of title by attachment of bank accounts . His thesis received an award from a Judicial Society, and its publication was subsequently sponsored by the Donors' Association for the Promotion of Humanities and Sciences in Germany (Stifterverband für die Deutsche Wissenschaft).
