Carolin Wagner
(Senior Associate) was admitted to the Hamburg bar in 2016. She specializes in M&A transactions, corporate law and corporate restructurings. She also advises national and international clients on commercial and contract law matters. Carolin studied at the Bucerius Law School in Hamburg and worked as research associate for a German-American law firm in Atlanta and Charlotte, USA. She completed her legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Schleswig-Holstein including stops in Hamburg and Stuttgart. From July 2015 to March 2018 Carolin worked as research associate and, after her admission the bar, as lawyer in the law firm Raschke von Knobelsdorff Heiser in Hamburg focusing on trade and corporate law, M&A and real estate transactions. From April 2018 to April 2019 Carolin joined the Banking Finance Team, sector Shipping, of Watson Farley & Williams LLP Hamburg. Carolin speaks German and English.
