(Associate) was admitted to the bar in 2015. She advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, judicial and extrajudicial dispute resolution, corporate law and public law. She is particularly experienced in regulatory matters concerning corporate and real estate transactions, contract negotiation and court proceedings. Since 2017, she is also a trained mediator.
Astrid Fleisch studied law at Humboldt University in Berlin. During her studies as well as afterwards she worked with Prof. Dr. Christoph Möllers, focussing on constitutional law. She completed her legal clerkship in Berlin, including work in the Office of the Federal President, as well as at the German embassy in Morocco. She then worked in an international law firm in Berlin for several years. Astrid Fleisch is a pastry chef and was a lecturer for law at the Berlin Chamber of Crafts from 2019 to 2020. She is fluent in English and French.
