SJPP advises 1komma5° on over a dozen corporate acquisitions

In 2021 and 2022, SJPP has advised 1KOMMA5° GmbH, Hamburg, on various acquisitions in Germany and abroad.

The 1KOMMA5° Group is one of the leading companies in Europe specialized in the installation of CO2-neutral energy systems in the residential sector, particularly photovoltaic plants, heat pumps, energy storage and wall boxes. For this purpose, 1KOMMA5° has acquired installation and service companies since 2021, which have now become part of the 1KOMMA5° Group. Since its foundation in 2021, 1KOMMA5° has grown rapidly and already achieved a turnover of more than EUR 200 million in 2022 (projected to one year).

SJPP provided comprehensive advice to 1KOMMA5° regarding the legal structure of the acquisitions and the individual transactions.
