SJPP has advised OTTO DÖRNER on the acquisition of the tipping traffic and push floor division of the logistics company Rolf H. Peters Transportgesellschaft mbH (RHP). In an asset deal, OTTO DÖRNER is acquiring the motor vehicles and assets of RHP attributable to the tipping traffic and push floor business unit, in particular 20 towing vehicles and 27 bulk material trailers. OTTO DÖRNER is a third-generation family business with annual sales of more than EUR 200 million. The Hamburg-based transport and logistics company is one of the largest players in the industry in northern Germany, employing around 1,100 people.
